Directions to Phoenix Farm
350 Troy Road, Marlborough, NH, 03455

Important note: if you use a GPS or map software to get directions, disregard any instructions to turn on Lawrence Road. The bridge on that road has been out since the 1930s!

• From Brattleboro VT or Concord NH take Route 9 to Keene.
• In Keene take Route 101 east to Marlborough.
• In Marlborough turn right on Route 124.
• After about 2 miles turn right on Troy Road.
• Phoenix Farm is on the left, after about 2 miles.

• From Peterborough NH take 101 west towards Keene.
• In Marlborough turn left on Route 124.
• After about 2 miles turn right on Troy Road.
• Go south on Troy Road about 2 miles. Phoenix farm will be on your left.

• From Boston take Route 2 west to Gardner.
• At Gardner take Route 140 north to Winchendon.
• Where 140 ends take Route 12 north towards Keene.
• Before you get to Keene, in Troy NH turn right at the Sunoco gas station and the Dragon Palace restaurant onto Marlborough Road.
• Take the first road to the right, staying on Marlborough Road.
• Phoenix Farm is about 2 miles from Troy, on the right side of the road.
